Nolan Norrell Gardner is in custody following a 10 day manhunt

Rosemount, MN – A ten day manhunt was ended today, and Nolan Norrell Gardner is in custody following a fugitive investigation led by the Twin Cities Apprehension Team.

Nolan Norrell Gardner of St Paul, MN was taken into custody on Tuesday, May 29, 2019 at approximately 1:30 PM on the 14000 block of Dodd Boulevard in Rosemount.

At the time of the apprehension, Gardner was wanted in three counties and had a total of five active arrest warrants including multiple felony warrants for violent crimes against persons. Gardner was taken into custody without incident, and transported to the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office adult detention center. At the time of the arrest, Gardner was found to be in possession of suspected controlled substance(s) resulting in the transfer of custody from TCAT to the Rosemount Police Department.

All defendants are presumed innocent, until proven guilty in a Court of Law.
