Guthrie Whitney is in custody after being located on the 1100 block of Humboldt Ave N in Minneapolis.

Guthrie Charles Whitney was located by the Twin Cities Apprehension Team on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at approximately 7 PM. Investigators with TCAT were acting on information provided by anonymous tipsters that brought the arrest team to an apartment building. Surveillance was conducted at the apartment complex, at which point undercover agent(s) spotted the defendant, and took the defendant into custody without incident.

Whitney was transported to the Scott County jail in Shakopee, MN where he remains in custody pending an appearance before District Court for felony controlled substance charges.
