Todd Eugene Trahan is in custody following fugitive investigation

Minneapolis, MN – Todd Eugene Trahan was located in downtown Minneapolis late morning on Friday, January 24, 2020.

Trahan has multiple felony warrants, and was a wanted predatory sex offender at the time the Twin Cities Apprehension Team received an anonymous tip from a citizen that recognized Trahan from a Facebook post advertising his wanted status.

Trahan was apprehended without incident and transported to the Washington County jail where he remains in custody for felony drug warrant(s). Trahan will be held for Ramsey County on his predatory offender charge.
